The 2010 Quatrain City Poetry Contest
Grand Prize Winners
Sponsored by
JackHuber.com
Twice monthly, from March through November, 2010, a photo was posted on the Ryze forum, "Wordmeisters,
Poets and Writers Unite!" Members then composed
quatrains, or 4-line poems, inspired by the photographs. Quatrains
were judged on creativity, poignancy, format (if applicable) and content.
A most interesting take on a photo may also have scored well.
Each Contest resulted in a winner and runner-up, both of which
qualified for Grand Prize judging. These are the final results:

Myth of life eludes me
years passed, but could not yet own;
