Along Highway 24 in Eagle County, Colorado, run a set of railroad tracks that passes No Name Gulch, Silver Gulch and Red Cliff on its way west through the Rocky Mountains. Colorado is known for its golden aspens in the fall, and I fell in love with this scene not long after my birthday a few years ago. I can clearly remember that day's scenic drive every time I see this photo, which automatically make it one of my favorites.
